Why~ I believe that they chose Napoleon because he appointed a commission to draw up the Code Civil (a combination of tradition and Roman law).

I chose the Statue of Liberty because she represents freedom and liberty.
The Twin Towers:
I also chose the twin towers because ever since the 9/11 tragedy occurred, we as a nation, have been getting stronger to defend from anything bad coming to hurt our country.

Last, I chose the Capital because it is the meeting place for our country's representatives. This symbolizes that we can work together and try to create a better future for our nation.
